How do you ship your packages?
All orders are shipped discreetly & securely through Xpresspost™ Shipping via Canada Post
Can I change my order after I've paid?
Due to how our fulfillment system is set up, we can not add or remove items from your order after you’ve paid
If you would like to add more products, please place a new order
Can I request a product?
Yes, we are happy to try and get any product for you! Just send us an email email@example.com
How long does shipping take?
Once your order is placed and we’ve received your payment, we will begin processing it.
Our cut-off for all shipments is noon (12:00PM PST). If you order past this time, you order will be shipped out the following day after noon.
All packages are shipped via Xpresspost™, which can take up to 2-3 business days for delivery to most major cities. If you live in a rural area it may take a day or so longer.
Tracking number is not working?
It may take up to 48 hours for Canada Post to update their system with the tracking number. If after 48 hours the tracking does not work please do not hesitate to contact firstname.lastname@example.org
How much does shipping cost?
Orders over $99 are shipped free! There is a $15 flat rate for orders under this amount
If you do not see the “free shipping” option at checkout, double-check the total is above $99 not including the $15 shipping fee
Do You Accept Exchanges?
Due to how our fulfillment system is setup, we do not accept exchanges.
